Before Production
Materials checked against approved swatches; zippers, buckles and accessories verified against the specification sheet before cutting begins.
During Production
Inline checks on stitching, measurement and color consistency once 20–30% of goods are complete, so problems are caught early — not at final inspection.
Final Inspection
AQL-based inspection on packed goods: function, appearance, measurement, packing and carton drop tests. Report with photos sent to you before shipment.
Product-Specific Tests
Outdoor packs get strap and seam load tests; school bags get handle jerk tests; printed bags get rub and wash fastness checks.
